T5 Problems

Took mine apart today but it has too many problems to repair it. What are the chance i will find a good used one? Mine needs a main shaft, counter shaft and much more so it just isn't worth the cost to repair.

I suppose you could try and find a 94/95 V6 transmission. Since the torque capacity is almost the same, it'll be durable enough to handle your power. And, since they were mated to a V6, your chances of getting a good one go up because they usually aren't ragged on as much as V8 cars.

This afternoon I was looking to spend $300 for a bearing and synchro kit. Had no idea the tranny was torched. Not sure what I am going to end up sdoing. I do know I am going to be careful so I don't drop $500 on something that isn't really much better than what I have right now. I am staying T5.
