1973 bumper cover?????

Hello All, Ok... so ive been looking and looking for a front bumper cover for my 1973 mustang grande. Can it be replaced? If so how can I take it off and replace it? Even more important is where can I get a repo cover? Ive looked everywhere for one I understand they are injected polyurethane? Does anyone have any links for a site? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No, "bumper covers" are a modern phenomenon. The 73 was a huge piece of steel with the vinyl moulded right on it.

Absolutely nothing is available to 're-cover' this 90 pound wonder. You'll have to use special epoxy to repair yours, or buy a used bumper.

Good luck finding one and where were you 4 years ago when I converted my car to a 71 front end. I literally couldn't give the front bumper away and ended up throwing it in a dumpster.
