What happen to Bama Chips???

To answer a couple of questions I've seen here, if you bought a tune from Doug a while back and want us to review it to see if it can be upgraded, your best bet is to email us your original tune file at [email protected] so we can take a look at it for you. You can also give us a call at 888-226-9764 with any questions you'd like to discuss in person.

Doug is writing all our value files, and working on our high-end tunes. As I've mentioned in a few other forums, he works remotely from his home base part of the time, and comes to our facilities as needed. PA is not exactly neighbors with 'Bama, and this means Doug doesn't have to relocate. We've got more tune work than one person could possibly keep up with, which is why we have a team. Mike Wilson joined us right before Doug did, and he's another really talented tuner.

If you'd like to see what we can come up with as far as a tune goes, send us an email with all your mods and other info listed or give us a call. Just make sure you're ready to talk tech if you do, because those guys will talk your ears off! :D

Ordered my tune.......I would prefer talking to the Bama guys on the phone when ordering my tune. Young lady was asking the same questions over and over. Made me a little nervous about my order.

When you fill out your tune information (the sheet with the drop-down menus where you list your mods), you can put down that you'd like us to contact you before we write your tune. If you had your customer service rep fill the tune information page out for you, you can give our tuning department a call at 888-226-9764 and work with someone directly. :)
