And he picked that out on his own. He swapped D's Friday when I showed him how to pick up players. He got home last night and was talking about his "domination" of your team. He trash talks with the best of 'em.
Good for him.
Any other week of the season, I would have taken him down. ;)

Anyone who wants to talk chit needs to pipe down unless they beat me in points.

I don't think I've ever seen a def/ST score so many points. It was luck that he picked Seattle. Look at the add/drop list. He just started moving players around playing with it.

So as in the BCS National Championship where two best teams in the country are from the same conference in LSU and Alabama, and if we lived in a world of the two best teams in the NFL playing in the Superbowl where the Packers and the Saints from the NFC would play each other for the title, we have the two best teams of The Stangnet League from the same household to battle it out for all the marbles.

Thanks for playing this season...you were formidable opponents but in the end were no match for the Bailey Boys.

May the 4th place team win! Funny how both Chuck and my team would have still beat him--like the 3rd and 4th place game was flipped around with the championship. Chuck had a guy out on IR, even. Aside from the Seattle DST fluke, pretty sure my team would have swept it all. Lost 3 straight in the first 3 weeks...and never lost again.

See above--both "best teams" were outscored by a wide margin in week 16.

Since Rick's kid doesn't have an account here, pretty hard for him to have honors next year. Maybe Rick posts it for him? At one point, we held slots for active StangNet account holders...but since everyone nancied out when his team lost a couple games (cough, cough, Travis), we had to expand it to family members of such.

Congratulations, kid.

My oldest played last year...they will probably want to do it again next year but I agree...should be for members only. I only let them in if no one else wants the spots.

I had a few games where I forgot to set my line up. Byes and hurt players where I only lost by a few points. So I actually had a stronger team...just sandbagged a bit. My record would have been at least 2 wins better. Tyler's team was the same way. He was 8-1 then his QB's got hurt. Once he found out how to swap players his team was back to full strength.
