  • Sponsors (?)

Anyone in the SE need to be in Valdosta, GA for 2013 Pony Wars. It is sponsored by Steeda and the date is Febuary 9th. I have been twice and it is a blast. Cars, mainly Ford vs Chevy, pay at the gate and you get car show, vendors and as time allows, unlimited passes down the track. My avatar is right before I hit the staging lanes. They have lanes for street tires or slicks. Great day, hope to see you all there!!

If you live in North Carolina I invite you to join the Facebook page I created to post event information, organize cruise ins, or post photos of your ride. I want the page to be a one-stop place for NC Mustang Enthusiasts to come and meet other mustang enthusiasts in your area. The page name is North Carolina Mustang's. I added a few events that I know to that Facebook page, but I'm sure you know of some others!

BAY MUSTANG CLUB’S 25TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION
(http://www.baymustangclub.com/), (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Bay-Mustang-Club-of-Panama-City-Florida/210068812378036)
The Bay Mustang Club of Panama City, FL. invites all Mustang owners and Ford-powered FOMOCO vehicle owners to join us on the weekend of Oct. 18-20 in celebration of our club’s 25 years of Mustang owners’ and enthusiasts’ enjoyment of America's first and favorite "pony car". We would like to blanket the beach with Mustangs and Ford-powered vehicles. Autumn is an ideal time for you and your fabulous ride to visit the Florida Emerald Coast.
We will not hold a judged show, just cruise-in’s and gatherings to enjoy the camaraderie and view the Mustangs and Fords. We have special Bay front accommodations arranged at Bay Point Wyndham (direct reservation link)-(http://www.wyndham.com/groupevents2013/ECPWR_BAYMUSTANG/main.wnt), and beachfront accommodations with Edgewater Beach Resort (http://www.edgewaterbeachresort.com). For those who have motor homes, Campers Inn is just across from Spinnakers (www.campersinn.net).
We have a cruise-in at the Wicked Wheel (http//www.thewickedwheel.com) on Friday evening from 6- 8 PM. We will gather at Spinnaker’s (http://spinnakerbeachclub.com) on Saturday afternoon. We hope to have sponsors and awards.
This also is the weekend of the Panama City Beach Seafood & Music Festival (http://www.visitpanamacitybeach.com/events/detail.cfm?eventid=1467). Mark your calendars for this weekend and plan to join us in celebration of our 25 years.
Visit our web sites for further details and updates.
Fred Miller, Bay Mustang Club treasurer.
