    Black timing chain guides? DOHC timing-chain guides all the same?

    I'm about to buy some timing-chain guides for my engine build and I was just curious about these: I've never seen black plastic... only the white that eventually turns brownish.

    Yeah I was thinking the same thing about having to constantly adjust the lash, and that didn't really appeal to me either. Too bad a good thing has to be tainted by greed and inconsistency. Guess I'll save my dough and stick with the stock equip.
