    Fr500's w/BFGoodies KDW NT.. PICS

I was talking about a 9 inch wheel... I didn't mean "too wide" in terms of fitment, but more in the way of how the tire looks on the wheel. I've seen 275's and 285's on 9 inch rims, but on the front of the car I think less is more. I just don't like that much tire hanging over the side of the...

    Fr500's w/BFGoodies KDW NT.. PICS

265/35 is too wide for a 9 inch wheel on the front. I've got 245/35/18's... they fit perfectly. I used to run a 235/40/18 but it still looked too tall even strectch onto a 9 inch wheel(which is what Porsches come with on their oem 9 inch wheels, before anyone jumps). 295/35 for the 10" wheel...

    anyone taking/taken calculus?

I'm about to start Calc I in college. I started college a little later so now all my test scores are out of date. I'm having to take one of those Accuplacr tests to be able to go straight into Calc I, and its been alot of studying. Its interesting, so luckily I'm not getting bored with it...

    Black "Ford" oval trunk emblem?

I know some places used to make them. Anyone know where to buy the "Ford" oval trunk emblems with the black insert instead of blue? I tried making my own and I was almost there when I destroyed the last spare emblem I had. Now I either need to find another blue trunk emblem to take apart or...

How to remove scratches in wheel clear-coat

Trying to get the paint shop to buy me new wheels would be more costly than just buying new wheels myself. The clear coat is just scratched and scuffed. I'm guessing that trying to have them re-clear coated would be more cost and trouble than just buying new wheels also. I started a GP at the...

How to remove scratches in wheel clear-coat

You know that clear coating that comes on the FR500 and Bullitt replica wheels... well, the paint shop got paint dust on my wheels and they must have used a 3M pot-scrubber pad to get my wheels clean because they are scratched all to F***. How can I get the scratches out of that clear coating...

    caster camber plates

How tight of a budget are you on? Sometimes you can find UPR four-bolt CC plates for around $140-$150 on ebay. They are more than adequate.

tire wear after cc plate install

Dude, all you need, is to take it to a regular tire shop. I'm not saying one word about the competency of most dealership tech's, 'cause I've learned there are some over-sensitive guys on these forums that get offended when you talk about the quality of dealership service as if you are...

Dumb question - Spintech side-exhaust install...

A member over at fnsweet.com guided me to this pic: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v225/caship/Roush%20S3/cool015dp0.jpg In the pic I posted above, the left side is the exit side, and the right side with all the swirled chambers is the inlet side.

I have SVO side exhuast skirts on my '96 Fobra, pictured in the background. I'm going to jump over to fnsweet.com and find out. I'll post my findings here.

    4 piston brake caliper

I kept seeing those silver Brembo's, but could never find out where to buy them. I was about to buy the '00 Cobra R kit and I was really bummed that I could only get them in black. So are the silver ones the same as the black ones that come in the '00 Cobra R kit? They look slightly different...

Ok, sorry for the huge pic. I should have provided a pic in the beginning. Which one is in and which is out?

Dumb question - Spintech side-exhaust install...

Ummm, I'm welding in the 333 Spintech side exhaust mufflers where both inlet and outlet are on the same end of the muffler case. I can't figure out which is the inlet and outlet... It doesn't seem to be marked. Looking into each opening I can see mesh screen on one side, and then the curved...

    Can leather seats be reconditioned?

Yikes...well here's the deal. I've got near mint condition cloth seats in my 96 GT. There is a guy that wants to trade me even for his black leather 95 GT seats. Here are the pics he sent me: http://www.geocities.com/lt130th/95Leather.jpg http://www.geocities.com/lt130th/95Leather2.jpg...

    Can leather seats be reconditioned?

Yeah I think I used Tanners cleaner and conditioner on the white leather in my 30th Anniv Z28... So this lotion you are talking about will actually return that dull grey to the shiney black again? I don't know how they get the leather polished up like it is when new, but I was thinking that...

    Can leather seats be recondition?

Thanks for the info- Well thats good to know! There is a guy that wants to do an even swap - my mint 96 GT black cloth seats for his black leather 95 GT seats. His seats have no tears or rips, but I can see where the driver's seat is starting to lose its shiny finish and expose the dull grey...

    Can leather seats be reconditioned?

I was just wondering - you know how, eventually the shiny surface wears away on your leather seats and it looks all dull and grey...? Are there places that you can take your seats to that can restore their original shine and luster? Can you do it yourself? How/where? Please help. Thanks, Michael
