Dumb question - Spintech side-exhaust install...

Ummm, I'm welding in the 333 Spintech side exhaust mufflers where both inlet and outlet are on the same end of the muffler case. I can't figure out which is the inlet and outlet... It doesn't seem to be marked. Looking into each opening I can see mesh screen on one side, and then the curved baffles on the other side... Does anyone know for sure? I feel like such a dummy.

werd, if they are concave thats the inlet, opposite for confex

I used to have spintech's on my Roush. If I remember correctly, the baffles were literally small (3-4") swirls. The inlet side had a baffle closer to the outside than the exit side, I believe.

Not sure if this will help, but here's a pic of my old Pro Streets, with the flowtubes, obviously, attached to the inlet side.

I have SVO side exhuast skirts on my '96 Fobra, pictured in the background. I'm going to jump over to fnsweet.com and find out. I'll post my findings here.

dont laugh although i know you will. i made a vroom noise into each inlet/outlet and could tell wich way due to the noise change. yah i know im retarded but it worked.
