    5.0s got the spoilers and most the 2.3's did not. Mine did not have one but it looks funny without it so the first one I found at the junkyard I put on my car. I regret that now though, as I want a Cobra wing instead. ohh well. Nice car though man.

    you can also pull the motors from a Pinto or a Mustang II or a early ranger or aMerkur or a Thunderbird. dont do the 5.0 though. to much work anyways. why not just drop off the motor at a machine shop and have it rebuilt. then it will drive forever. why would it spin a bearing though...

    No speakers in the doors of my 80 stang but I replaced the front dash ones and fitted 4" kenwoods in there. sounded good to. the rear has kenwood factory replacements.

    the mustang II's should of had the single pulleys if I remember right. you can use a twin pulley though and just not run the second belt.

    NAPA carries a paint that is called "bumper black" and it works perfect. lasts a long while as long as it is maintained. It is not glossy and not flat black. just perfect. TF

    I got two dem Intercoolers ;-) not sure if I am going to use them though. depends if they will fit in the sierra. I am told that the caps will blow off it if I run 30psi, but many on here have said that they work fine on that pressure. . . . TF

    I 2.3 Lima?? I doubt it. that would be a LOT of work to get it to fit. dry sump would probably be in order if you wanted it to fit under the hood. that would be crazy though. I believe they had a 2.3 in the escort. but it was a diff block than the one we refer to here. TF
