    Park it on a steep uphill and let it idle.... I don't know if it is true, But in offroading they say not to start your engine if your tailpipe is underwater because it can suck water back up the tail pipe. maybe if it is you suck up enough to get your O2's wet. try pulling them and drying...

    8.8 are all over the place in Montana too although not many of the 31 disk brake units have been showing up, the 31 drum units though are easy to find for under $200 all day long. Here if it isn't a 4x4 truck it doesn't sell, so the junk yards are full of older expoders:nice:

    Not that it's a huge deal, but the design of the 9" and how low the pinion sits in relation to the ring gear, causes more drag, and therefore more power loss through the R/P, but more gear to gear contact with the 9" so stronger R/P:shrug:

    Most of the stuff I've been ordering has been drop shipped, but even then, The stuff I've ordered from CJ pony parts have arrived weeks faster then the parts I've ordered from others. I think it has to do with how they handle the drop ship, some places have the Manufacturer ship them the item...

    Odd oil pressure readings - help

    I'm guessing that the pump is pulling the oil faster then it can drain back. starving it of oil and causing the drop in pressure, or that's the theory.

    The other cars aren't mine. The seats are comfortable and sit well in the car. They do make me sit a fuzz higher then the old seats but I blame that on the old seats being worn out and the foams being broke down.

    Real Update.. Got to work on the Mustang today:nice: I got the new Dynacorn NASA hood installed, picked it up during CJponyparts sheetmetal sale, the chrome trim attached and lined up, looks perdy:D I also got the new seats installed, they took some work, Corbeau built the seat racks...

    Picked up a EFI 351w out of a 94, IIRC it should be a Hydro Roller rocker motor, that comes with a newly rebuilt AOD trans too..... Should be a good candidate for build up?:nice:
