Meziere or CSI electric water pump for weekend street drivn?

Are these ok to use on the street for weekend driving only? I have a choice between the Meziere 100 series, or the CSI electric water pumps. The mezeire costs more. Leaning toward the CSI because it comes with the back plate and flows 35-37 gpm. Anyone have any experience with these for street...

How much heaver is the 351 than the 302?

a c4, even built ones, won't stand up for very long to a big block, it was meant for small block vehicles with small block torque. thats why racers use glides and TH400s . Even a few monster trucks use somewhat stock C6s. They are ford's best HD tranny but i agree a C4 would be alot better. They...

How much heaver is the 351 than the 302?

really? im not, with a built, 3000 stall, TCI manual VB, and ratchet shifter, i think it moves pretty good......for a power robbing darned old heavy C6.

    In today's age, 5.0s just aren't competitive...

Still like fox bodies to death, but i'd take an 03 or 04 cobra over one anyday.

Hey, i found a way i can fit my 2.5" cowl hood on the 460 fox... but

It doesn't sound anything like it used to, had a 5.0, B cam and other goodiers, now it sounds like a built big block. But im adding tail pipes to it probably in the summer to complete the stealthier look along with the smaller hood, but i'll have to do something about the cooling situation.

Hey, i found a way i can fit my 2.5" cowl hood on the 460 fox... but

i think im gonna sell the 2.5" to my buddy and go with a 4" like i originally planned, with that 6" its hard to make right turns lol. How much do you guys think i can get for a good used 2.5" cowl fiberglass bolt on hood with the black paint in great shape? not sure what brand it is, it came...

Hey, i found a way i can fit my 2.5" cowl hood on the 460 fox... but

full size msd dizzy? and swap motor mounts? if so, thats what i originally planned on, but the hood had a huge crack in it. I think the 4" would work better for my situation and not be so over the top in looks. And the problem is that i don't have enough radiator, i have the aluminum HD...

Running 8ohm sub with an amp optimized for 4 ohm

i have a crunch 1000W amp that runs off 4ohms when bridged and a crunch GTR 10" 700W sub with dual 4ohm voice coils, the dumbasses who sent me the wrong speaker said to wire the sub in series, with the dual 4ohm voice coils (they were supposted to be 2ohms each) that would make 8ohms. Now...

New member with project(pics) *need advice*

You're on the right track, chassis first, brakes if need be (im still stock and she stops just fine), i am still running all stock 5.0 suspension with no problems but if you want to hook this is a must, my rebuild 8.8 rear with 3.73s holds up just fine after 2 summers of street fun. And i think...

Hey, i found a way i can fit my 2.5" cowl hood on the 460 fox... but

This summer, if i buy one of those flat, not so tall, msd pancake dizzys, i can use my old small air cleaner and use my old 2.5" bolt on fiberglass cowl hood instead of the 6" lift off. The 2.5" has the small vents in the back, while the 6" is all open in the back. Do you guys think that this...
