    lol, of course mere mortals can replace it...if we use a drill to drill out the factory spot welds and a mig to reweld the new door, and then all the sanding equipment, etc to make it look flush again on the outside :p

    yeah you could be 180 out or the outer ring on the balancer could have slipped. I had that happen once without realizing as it only slipped side/side and didnt move forward or backward off the center ring any so I couldnt tell and I just could NOT get the timing right haha.

    door panel removal is super easy on the 94-98's. they dont rely on those little squish-type pushon things. the panel is just held on by plastic down clips which are molded to the panel itself. just uhook the switch panel and start pulling up and out on the panel and it'll pop up and out...
