    vinyl top on a standard coupe

    Soooo, would you put a vinyl top on a coupe that did not origionaly have one? I say a picture of a silver/green 66 with green and white interior. The top was white. Am I crazy?

    Stance

    So I am thinking of replacing to leaf springs with stock height springs. I just put new KYB's on and am thinking 17x8 on rear and 16x7 on the front. What kind of stance is this going to provide? if you have a photo of similar that would be cool

    Single Stage Paint

    Is single stage paint as forgiving as some people say especially in red. I am considering spraying my 66 myself. I sanded to bare metal, use a epoxy primer then will use a filler primer to smooth everthing out.

    post rust removal

    I am sandblasting (and it sucks) surface rust off the stang, it rusted after I had stripped it last summer and put a light coat of primer on it. My question is is there omething I should wash it with prior to putting primer on it to keep from having a rust problem if there is any spores...

    window removal

    Looking for the best way to remove the side, wing and windows in the doors? Taking the 66 for paint and I have to remove everything. Any tricks to removing the front bumper? I can't seem to get it out, with the bars that connect it to the frame are at an angle.

    Body Filler Removal

    So in taking the paint off the 66 I notice multiple areas with filler, I believe they are all thin smoothing fills, but I don't know for sure. Do I have to remove it? I am leary because I don't know for sure what is underneath the filler and I am no body man. thanks

    Which is better?

    Is it better to remove all fenders, doors and valances to finish removing paint and then preping them for paint? I have most of the top coat gone, but what I read I should remove them to do all the work to each individual pannel, I don't know which would be easier? Thanks :shrug:
