    How often should you change tranny oil?

    auto indeed :) I need to get mine changed out next week. I plan on getting a chip too. Should I do the J-mod or just get the shifts firmed up through the chip? :P

    HIGH OIL PRESSURE....

    I heard they didn't change to 6 quarts until 2002. Manual even says 5 quarts. I think that's the mistake whoever filled my oil last time made and they overfilled it a quart. Thanks for the input guys, I'm going to replace the sending unit tomorrow after work.

    yea what happens to the OD button? I wanted to get a nicer shifter handle/ball and throw a nice boot on because i hate the look of the plain jane automatic. what kind of modification do you need to do to install the boot and is anything else needed besides the boot? :P never attached one before...

    my drivers seat is the same way and i condition it every 2 weeks or so with the meguiars leather paste stuff that you massage into the leather. don't think you can really help it unless yo udont sit on the seat ever ;)

    how many of you guys run 6 quarts of oil in your gt's? i know the manual says 5 bur I could swear some people on here were saying to run 6
