    WHAT KIND OF VALVE COVERS DO YOU HAVE?

    Same boat here. I have the tall FR valve covers, but w/the red striping. I too have to run a 1" and a 1/4" spacer due to the Holley Systemax intake. If anyone wants to switch so I can get rid of this 1/4" spacer let me know. I do have 1.6 RR's on the heads. Stock Ford covers wouldn't work.

    Ideal timing on stock 5.0

    My first 95 didn't like anything over 12. On my 87 Gt I have aluminum heads and have run 20 degrees for a weel or two so far. That's with 93 octane tho.

    Unisteer Rack & Pinion

    Just installed their manual rack in my 87. Except for a boogered up tie rod end (threads weren't cut good) all was well and install was easy. I'll be pm'ing some of you for alignment help.

    Need Help with wiring electric fan!!!!

    First thing I did was cut that temp. probe off then pulled the guts out of the top of the fan. Next, bought a 30amp relay and 30amp switch. I want full control of this thing. Only thing I had to make sure of is to make sure air is being pulled in instead of being pushed out.

    TPS VOLTAGE...

    Key on, engine off, measure voltage from the two wires coming off the TPS. .94 to .97 volts. Mash the throttle and should go to almost 5 volts. gotta set mine tonight.

    It is a one wire alternator,,it came w/the car. Wish I could tell ya what the model/output is. With the stereo that is in the car you oughta see the voltmeter bounce around when the subs are kickin. Thnx for the compliments.
