    when I put the tranny back is there any like checking to see if the tv cable is lined up....the pressure setting etc...stuff like that that needs to be addressed on putting it back in and it shifting perfect

    Popping sound....questions???

    I had popping issues a month ago.....bad ignition module... spark plugs from factory specs are .052 you should be .045-.052 unless aupercharger and spray for that small gap. I had my gap at .040 then replaced module and gapped to .050....runs fine....on speed density car

    65mm tb 70mm tops make sure upper intake hole ported to size of TB or TB means nothing

    I have a 87 5.0 speed density while back my car was runnin ok with cheapo ignition module(wells) then the connector harness shorted it out. replaced harness and module(Oreillys crap) and had popping exhaust and bad no matter where I set the timing... I know replaced it with a MSD...

    What is the least fuel pressure I should run? I'm at just under 40..32 with vacuum and it has the least popping... I changed ignition modules and got the popping had none before.... I'll lower the pressure a little and if that dont work..I'll upgrade to msd ignition

    I have a 87 5.0 speed density car. At start up the car runs fine...then when nominal temp at full throttle at 4000-5500 rpm the exhaust is popping and lose power at every pop. the car has minor mods...exhaust..throttle body...fuel regulator..msd coil.. thats it for engine.. no computer...
