    i am building my 460 now, got all the parts back from the shop and got a new engine stand. question, this will be a budget build. what stock oil pan will work, any FRONT mount pan for a 460, or a 4x4 truck pan???? do you have to take to sway bar off to fit the engine in?

    OT-Expedition exhust leak

    I have a 01 exp with a 5.4 in her. only 83k miles and in mint condition, however its right side manifold has a leak at the head. will it harm anything to run the motor this way, i dont have the money to fix it right away thanks

    i have pulled the motor from 93lx and am getting ready to build my new 460 motor. please let me know what stock parts I can use to fit this in my car. It will be a budget build up for now. i heard late 70's 4x4 truck pans will work, what about motor mounts and trans? any cheap exhust?

    dropped piston on floor

    tearing down the motor i missed and let one pistons from my 460 hit the floor. its a stock 71 piston. I plan on reusing them for this budget build up project. it looks ok, whats the chance I cracked it? do you think its ok to use?

    my buddy is building his 88 gt for a bigblock set up. heres the deal, he can get a inspection sticker in MD, then build the car, but how long is the sticker good for? he knows he can get the sticker not and maybe not later, thats why he want sto do it now. also, it seems like here in Maryland...
