    I absolutely hate getting work done on my car by a 3rd party. Sadly I'm not equipped or skilled enough to do major work (i did all the bolt on mods on my car except clutch install). Speaking of which, I'm having problems with my clutch/transmission which all started after the shop touched it...

    I was definately thinking about heads and cams :D Yeah, I picked one up. My friend had one when we did the plugs 3 years ago which is why this is so bizarre :scratch: haha, I posted in the 05 forum a couple times between now and then ;) hmm... interesting, i'll try to track those down...thanks

    I just called a performance shop here and he suggested I try threading in another one or they can replace the head. He recommended against the rethread kits and he also couldn't quote me a price...

    Accufab 75mm TB/Plenum Install Write-up (Biggest DUW Ever)

    That's how I did it. I took the stock TB into the house to try and get the TPS off. I couldn't get it off so I went to Advance Auto and bought a new one for $27. I reused the stock gaskets. I installed TB/plenum sometime in late 03/early 04, I got my car in 99. Gaskets seemed fine :shrug:

    Another quick suggestion. When I was trying to get the stock intake tube over my Accufab 75mm TB I used hot water. I just let the tb side of the intake sit in a bowl of hot water for a minute or so to help it expand and it easily slid over the 75mm TB.
