    Last5.0 questions for ya.. 1. WTH is bead blasting..is it like sand blasting? and what type of places do this type? 2. i forgot to ask regards the explorer gt40 intakes, do i need a spacer or anything or do they bolt right one no issues? thanks

    when you sanded it, did you do it by hand, and did you any degreasing chemicals. Did you sand off just the paint or did you take a little further down. thanks for your help looking at couple different ones right now.

    sweet thanks guys think ill find a set of upper and lower and once i get home ill be spending at least a day in the drive way doing these. question if i wanted to paint the intakes any ideas on how to do this with out screwing it up or looking nasty since i will be buying used.

    Thanks man, the one i trying puting the link for is a polished water pump, that fits a 79-93 5.0 302, i was trying to go the polished look. now will the stock replacement hold up for more horsepower down the road?

    Fuel Gauge Issues

    I have a 94 gt, the fuel gauge does work but doesnt move to correct level until you restart the engine. On long road trips it wont move with fuel use. Any ideas what could cause this. :shrug:
