    Yea I tried to do this swap once. I bought a 4.6 Mark 8 motor Aje tubular k-member all that stuff... It is a very expensive and time consuming job. Honestly i would just go with a 5.0 it will be half the cost cause your not having to change your suspension to do the swap. I would take the money...

How much does the car weight? gears in the rear? with a rought estimate of what you have in the motor you shouldnt be running slower than 12.80-12.70 then factor...
