    I need to replace all the ball joints on my 65. Whats the advantage of screw in ball joints? Should I use them or just use some bolt in, what brand to use, how do you install them(all the ones I found you had to weld in a piece of threaded pipe)?

    No there talking about once you install them your pitman arm dents the header tube because of clearence. And yeah hiting them will mess up your ceramic coating. Iv heard you can slove them problem with install 66 or 67 motor mounts. It sits the engine higher in the bay.

    Uh. Thats awfull. I dont get why people swap out GM and ford motors with each other. I swa a pic of a CRX one time that had exhaust tips on the back that were about 14 inch around. Looked horrible.

    yeah i know the washer fluid thing is pretty minimal but hell when your trying to reduce weight alot of little things add up. Washer fluid is mainly water. 1 gallon of water weighs about 9 lbs. I know there people that use light weight fasteners to save weight.

    Iv heard quite a few people have the same problems with Tri Y's. Some of them just loose'end the motor mounts and shifted the engine a little and thats all they needed. As for the different motor mounts . Got me? Im assuming the 67's sit the motor a little higher or something.

    Take it to a shop and have them re clear coat it. Hopefully the paints good enough to use some rubbing compound on and the re clear it. If you want it to look nice then that about your only option. Unless its like my car and you wax it thinking it should look better. Then the next couple of days...

    And yes I know that the mini starters have an additional prong that you have to either wire an ignition lead to or to the starter cable.
