    Im gonna be putting in a 9inch with 3.73's and a limted slip. How much quicker in the 1/8 or 1/4 will it be. Not an exact time but what generally? I dont have any track times. I can tell you that the motor puts out around 290hp(desktop dyno projection). Thanks for any help.

    good add ins. Yeah I didnt use a specific tranny holder other than a board and a floor jack. It fell once and smashed my finger pretty good.Wish I wouldve gotten a holder.

    Absolutely Frustrated...

    If you decide to get a set then get some rubber badns and wrap it around them the best you can to get them to stay on.Some times they fly off.

    Its a TCI 157 52 oz flexplate, and a JW bell housing. Ill have some pics of the install and of the old bell housing. You wont believe the size of the crack in it.

    Do you have a ballast resistor on it. I knoe my car had a resistance wire under the dash and a ballast resistor which knocked my voltage down to 6 volts at the distributor.Try checking the rotor for any holes melted in it, and check your points to see if there adjusted right.
