    Phase 1 Complete!

Yea... I was kinda wondering about the supercharger, it would make things much simpler :) I'll probably end up going that route unless there are some major advances in the next 2 years, either way I better start saving now!

    Phase 1 Complete!

Thanks all for the nice comments! I'm planning on a two-tone black paint job next year (pending the $$$ is there) with a Cervinis Cowl hood and Type 3 ducktail spoiler. I think once that stuff is done I'll see if my friend can re-shoot everything: I'd like to try and find an industrial are or...

    Phase 1 Complete!

Phase one of the mustang transformation is complete :D Fortunately a friend at work is good with a camera and offered to shoot the mustang for me. My goal is to have a Mustang I can take to the drag strip, track events, and car shows; yet still drive every day. In the end it should handle...

    Shaving Antenna, Interior placement options?

Anyone have experience with the electronic antennas (http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=DAK%2DANT%2D1000&N=700+115&autoview=sku) versus the smaller, hidden non-powered kind (http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=HFM%2DHAB&N=700+115&autoview=sku) ?

BMR Control Arm Noise - e-Brake Cable?

Thanks for the tip, I'm going to take the shocks off tomorrow and drive around without them. If I don't hear the noise then I know what the problem is :)

BMR Control Arm Noise - e-Brake Cable?

I have a set of BMR rear lower control arms (spherical at one end and poly on the other) and have recently noticed a hollow noise when going over bumps at a low speed (mainly the right side). I also have their adjustable rear panhard bar with Roush lowering springs. Anyway, I double-checked...

    First MGW Shifter Review

MGW gets another vote from me too, I installed this before heading out to the track last weekend and it made a big difference. It definately took some getting used to; everything is VERY precise... a big difference from stock and especially from the stock shifter on my Jetta :) On top of the...

Moan or groan in rearend(clutchpack issue)

What is the TSB number for this? I want to see if my Ford dealer will fix mine (it's making the same noise) but put in 4.10s while they have it apart :)

Without doubt the coolest mod on earth

I saw this at Ford Carlisle this year. I was really excited about it, but for the price I don't think it's worth it. Maybe if it was around 1k or so, but for 4-5 I'd rather get a supercharger. Also, I was not very impressed with the construction of the black trim. It almost felt like wood...

How to remove GT lower black grille insert?

Ok, it came off much easier once I took the skid plate out. I was able to see underneath and pop the tabs out with a flat head screw driver. Once I had that out I took a utility knife and cut out the "tabs" they connect to, really opens up the front end... I'll post some pics when I get back...

How to remove GT lower black grille insert?

I don't want to break the tabs in case I need to put it back in, don't I need to push down on the tabs or something? Sorry for being anal :)

How to remove GT lower black grille insert?

That's what I was afraid of :( I tried to get it off tonight but it looks like I'm going to have to take off another cover to get a better angle.

How to remove GT lower black grille insert?

Anyone know how to remove the stock black grill insert on the GT front bumper? Anyone do this or have a picture of what it looks like? I'm thinking of trying it to see if it looks better with my new Cervinis front billet grille. Thanks!

    DVD Nav? In a Mustang?

Agreed, the Eclipse systems are good... my friend had one in his BMW, very nice setup.

    DVD Nav? In a Mustang?

Save your money and buy the base system... then spend the $1200 ish for a much better in-dash CD\DVD\NAV player. Cheaper than the crappy ford option (when they get it) and you get better quality.

    Outside Mirrors

I think they are a little big, seem likes they would fit better on a F150 :) They probably did it because of the bigger blind spot created with smaller quarter windows. Makes sense from a safety standpoint. Those Calvu mirrors look like stock ones with covers to round them out. Even the...

    Opinion on Wheel...

Looks nice, but then again I'm probably biased because I have similiar rims on my stang :)
