    Well to my knowledge (which is very limited) this is the first seriously attempt at a practical centrifugal blower for the 03/04 Cobra's. Albeit the process does seem a little jerry-rigged, but the motor was designed for a roots style blower so naturally it's going to take a KB piece easier...

    Blowing Fuse #1

    Your electrical system is shorted out somewhere. Find out what fuse one is for and that is your answer. So in other words if fuse one is used for the radio the radios wiring needs to be looked at.
