    I ping too....but with the xcal 2 I cant control timing so much as I can control the rich lean mixture in 3 areas. Idle-mid-wot. Then again I havent really played with it much as MDepot did a great job with the mail order tune.

    you will need to remove the old upper rubber bushing from the rear end. Its a pita. I spent about 2hrs on one side then an hour on the other.     The X pipe will give you more top end HP but you may lose bottom end torque. The Catback will give you zero HP/TQ gains but will sound fantastic!

    I was reading about installing the gear sets and they are saying no more then .004 margin. Thats tight. a matchbook cover is .032 in thickness!

    Need help, whinning rear-end

    pinion bearings, carrier bearings, axle bearings...its a bearing gone or going bad in the rear end or maybe its a wheel bearing. Thing is ....yeah sure you can have a mechanic replace the faulty bearing but can they tell you why it went in the first place and correct it so it doesnt happen again?
