    Look guys. Tell me Im not crazy. That is an inch difference! My Bassani was not even a little off, it was EXACT! If it goes on my car it will go on perfect, or it will be stock, especially for this money. A big company like Magnaflow not making the part to spec, is not acceptable.

    No, only roots blowers lose power on the top end. KB is a twin screw so they dont lose any at top either. They are as efficient as any centrifugal blower on the top end.

    You would make a big mistake passing up a 1500 for $1500. KB makes a big difference on your 5.0 it will feel like a 351w when you are done. Adding heads & cam will make everything better.

    Pretty common, and alot of people like that crap. I think it sounds like ass too. Those are the Vortech A and S trims. 90's technology at its finest. Avoid those. Just be done with it and get a N2k. Last blower you will ever have to buy. :nice:

    NOVI has a $100 rebate also, so keep that in mind. Its all what you want from the car. That price on the S trim is good, its even better if that price is for an SQ trim. If you can swing the N2k, then go for it. Basically, buy the best blower you can. Trust me, you will appreciate that...

    Where the collectors connect to the headers is much too narrow. Id say it is about the total of an inch too close together. The pipes at the front end of the X need to be moved outward.

    Anybody have this problem? Good thing I live near by. Now I have to un-install the X pipe and put it in my truck and drive it back to Magnaflow HQ. My Bassani X pipe that I sold to Goldmember fit much better. Now I feel dumb for making a trade like that...and it cost me so much...

    Thats just what Ive heard. And all the people saying x-pipes sound like crap are running flows. Ive never heard a magnaflow person say an x pipe sounds crappy. I watched the video and I thought the flows sounded good. I dunno, all I know is my setup sounds good. :shrug:

    I see you got Flowmasters in your sig. Sounding crappy is expected with those things. X-pipes are designed for straight thru muffs, not Flows.
