    How will 4.10 affect traction control in an Auto?

    I want to keep the TC unmolested as the wife likes to drive my car from time to time. How will 4.10s affect it? I have heard that in the 05 there is a specific warning in the manual about messing with the wheel size or rear end as this will negatively affect the TC. No such warning in my manual.

    anybody know if they are indexed from the factory? also as i look at the engine it looks to me like i am going to have to pull the fuel rails to get to the plugs. is that right?

    20 to 30 hp from long tubes? is that right? if i remember correctly in the 5.0 i used to drive wisdom was shorties for low end and Lt's for top end. but i am discovering that the 4.6 is a whole new beast.

    Not looking to buy. thinking of converting the existing stock scoop by cutting the hood and plumbing down to the knfipk. maybe $60 worth parts max. i know there are questions as to the effectiveness of a 'ram air' mod so i am not expecting big gains.

    Any advantage to cutting and indexing the plugs on a 4.6? ie trimming back and hining the electrode and 'aiming' the spark? what about gap?can the stock ignition handle a wider gap?

    Not honing, that was my bad. more boreing out. i was hoping to pick up a little torque with this. may just save up for an accufab setup.

    Any horsepower or torque to be had from honing out the throttle body or the intake? I know that you cant hone the whole tb i mean just right up to the plate and then the other side, plate diameter would still be a restriction but maybe something to be had from this?
