    OK I know this might sound like a dumb question but are you saying check the voltage or the ohms? Should I check the sensor (by unplugging the connector and testing the sensor) or the wiring (by unplugging the connector and checking the wiring)? Sorry to sound so dumb! Thanks!

    belts, which last the longest

    My original motorcraft belt lasted from 87 to 91. I then made it to 02, admittedly on borrowed time. I just put a new one on when I replaced the engine last week. I am sure the others are fine, just reporting the motorcraft longevity.
