Hey everyone, I recently bought a SCT Livewire TS system for my 1998 Cobra. I was able to upload the included tune, but when I go to Gauges/Datalog, my car is not listed. Also the VIN number under Vehicle Info is wrong? Any idea what the issue could be? I've updated the system from the SCT...
Hey everyone, looking to change plugs on my 98 Cobra. Any recommendations on what to go with? Also, with these heads, do I have to worry about the threads pulling out like some of the other modular heads?
Thanks,
Hey everyone,
I recently bought a 98 Cobra in great condition. It has 3.73 rear gears in it, but I'd like something more. I currently have my 95 sitting in the garage that I'm selling, but it has an Eaton Posi with Strange axles and 4.30 gears. I figured it would be easier to just swap over...
Haven't been on here in years. Planning a 408W swap in a few months. Kooks use to make a good set of headers for a 351 swap into 94/95 Mustangs, but I can't find them around any more.
Does someone else make a good set of headers 1 7/8" diamter for a 351 swap?
Thanks
It looks like these come in 18x9 with a +30mm offset, so they should fit as long as the backspacing is OK. I have some extra 3/8" spacers on now for something to play with...
I've seen these wheels a few places online for pretty cheap. Anyone running these on a SN-95? I know the bolt pattern is correct, just not sure about the back spacing.
Good to know, thank you.
They are 95 Cobra R wheels, they just messaged me on E-Bay. They have a ton of wheels available but "little time to post everything"
I'm not looking for performance, just something to replace the BBS wheels I have on my car now.

They look pretty good, and the price is right. They also sell them with a Sumito brand of tires I don't know anything about.
Anyone order from these guys?
They have real cheap sets of wheels, particularly a set of gunmetal 18x9 wheels that they advertise as 98 Cobra replica, but the pictures look like 95 Cobra R replica wheels. I haven't recieved an answer from them yet about what the wheels actually are.
I have rear spacers with my BBS 17x9 wheels that set it right. I would think a 18x10 wheel would scrape my Magnaflow exhaust since the 17x9 wheels rub against it.
I really like the looks of these wheels, not sure how they'd look with the smoother lines of a 95 Mustang. Anyone have these wheels, or pictures of them on a 94-95 stang?

For a year I've been meaning to mention this on here.
Went to the dragstrip last year and was running a string of 12.40's and 12.50's, wich was odd since I had done some more mods and had previously run 12.30's. After driving home the car felt real sluggish down low. I finally figured out...
Anyone have this part # handy? I get discount parts from Ford, trying to describe this over the phone to a parts guy and I'm not sure he's understanding me. I'm swapping out the rear lower control arms next weekend.
Thanks,
Totally depends on the application. Pretty much all the NMRA racers are running something similar to dumps, except those classes that have to have the exhaust exit past the axle like Pure Street.
