    Selector for 79-04 Mustangs is vacuum operated nothing electronic about it but the lights, and the switch for the a/c.

    Check your vacuum lines in the engine bay, more then likely will be the one that goes from the vac tree to the line that goes into the passenger compartment near the heater core.

    With longtubes, hot enough that after 45mins of driving you can burn your feet on the floor without shoes/socks. :D

    I've done the paint on type. TSCR (About halfway down the page.) The very first place I would start is the shifter boot, if you haven't beefed up sound deadening there you are letting a lot of noise pour in.

    I just took mine apart. I broke the first one messing up the "coil" part. (Luckily I had 2.) My only advice is to take it very slowly when taking it apart.

    EGR Bung Cap

    Just use a 5/8th cap from home depot. The thread may be wrong but the cap I got was brass so it still threaded on fine. (Brass is pretty soft!) The intake side like mentioned is a 351C fuel pump block off plate.

    15$ I spent that much on drill bits and ezout previously, not mention a lot of time wasted time drilling carefully.

    I tried to use a ez out on mine. Did not work actually made things WORSE the ezout broke. Had to remove the heads and take it to a machine shop, they kind of put the fear in me to not do that again. :? They where able to helicoil it.
