    Heads/cams AND shorties are going on December 17th - 19th. Trust me, I've been waiting a long time for this and each time I get in my car I see the heads sitting there on the bench.

    changed the bearing, all is gravy now. Spent 3 hours trying to find the damn socket, driving around town on a HUGE shopping day but it's done. Creek is gone and have a new torque wrench and socket in my tool collection :)

    You won't get much performance from a CAI, put the money towards a plenum and TB.

    Funny you mention that. I found my Chilton book and in bold it says not to confuse ball joint looseness with bearing looseness. I'm on my way to my buddies right now and we are going to take a look. I hope that something is just loose from from we did the suspension and it's not the bearings...

    It looks like my driver side front wheel bearings are giong out. I get a creeking sound when I apply the brakes and if I pull on the wheel it has a small amount of play. The other side doesn't, and that's all I can think it can be. Has anyone else had this happen before? Is that what it is...

    Hmmmm.... That's odd. It looks like I'm going to put some shorties in, so no manifolds to deal with. I'll check the openings on the headers and compare them to the manifolds on my car now. I'm interested to what they look like.

    What came loose on your exhaust? Plese say it WASN'T your mid pipe at the manifolds!! The heads are out of an '02 Roush. That leads me to another question. They didn't come with the cam gears, can I use the ones from my old heads/cams or do I have to get new ones?
