    Just in case someone searches this thread, they'll find my answer. The last thing I did was take out the cam shaft sensor (which checked out fine), clean it and then stick it back in. Wouldn't start. Waited a week and tried to start it again, started right up. Not sure what that means, but...

    Did you get them new or used? Warped/Cracked head maybe??? :shrug: I'd still suspect the gasket myself. Eitherway, sounds like you're going to have to remove it again and then you should find out.

    I see. I've never used their X, but their headers always worked out well for me. But I can understand once you get a bad taste in your mouth, you don't want to go back.

    Subframes are pretty much a must. Simple, cheap and reduces a ton of twist. I'd do these first IMO. If you want to see how effective they are, just jack up one corner (on the frame) of the car before you put them in, then jack the same corner up after you do it. It's scary once you see what...

    A buddy of mine, who knows a thing or two about cars, said that the wear pattern looks a little deep and may cause the whine. Also, everytime I shift out of gear, there's a clunk, along with everytime I shift into gear. Would that be incorrect backlash?

    Rear koni coilover install... something is not right

    I have rear koni coilovers installed but the bottom washer keeps being turned inside out and basically shaves the rubber grommet into a thinner cylinder. I think there is something missing. It's setup up like this from the top down to the spring: nut washer grommet body frame aluminum...
