Update.....
Well I went ahead and just installed the headers without removing those bolts.
So far so good!! Everything is tight and not leaks!!

Yeah....I think I'm gonna try the easy out. I'll just drill a big hole on the stud to use the biggest easyout I can find. If it breaks off in the head then I guess it's time for an upgrade!!
Oy......why wouldn't an easy out work? I've never used one but it should work. Isn't that what those kits are for? lol!

Welp...I was removing the stock headers and snapped two bolts on the passenger side. :nonono: How do I go about removing the studs stuck in the head?

What size belt would I need if I went with that bottom right pic? The no smog and no ac. Looks like the belt is on the opposite side of the tensioner? How's that work?
I'll be installing my headers in tonight. So....just make sure the engine is stone cold? How about torquing the headers down. They're the BBK so it's a plate to the header surface. Do I go from the inside out? Also how much torque?
