Driveway pictures are a little better than garage pictures. Oh and the new exhaust sounds sweeeeet (to me). Long tubes and 3" makes for a pretty booming idle.

Haha ok, next time I take a sweet garage picture I'll show it off proudly. I don't remember exactly what they're called, they're just a stock replacement with clear corner markers from latemodelresto.

    Fox Msd Box Install

That looks simple enough. Too late now, though haha

Lol just an editor app that has a point and drag blur feature on it, takes the focus away from the messy garage.

    Fox Msd Box Install

It's strange to me that mustang parts vendors don't have that PN in their catalog. Ordered one and it should be here in a day or two. I'll report back after install. Thanks guys.

    Fox Msd Box Install

It appears they don't make a tach adapter for the 87-95 cars, odd.

    Fox Msd Box Install

Hmmm, I guess I'll have to look back at the instructions to verify. I spliced the gray wire in to the coil wire. I have a megasquirt with easily controllable rev limits but I figured using the one on the msd box wouldn't hurt, either.

    Fox Msd Box Install

Not 100% if this should be talk or tech, my mistake if it's in the incorrect forum. I installed an msd6al-2 box in my car and encountered something that made me scratch my head. I bought the tfi adapter harness to simplify things. I followed instructions and diagram step by step. Orange to...

Yeah I think the last time I washed my car was a couple of years ago. I use a California duster and quick detail with micro fibers then polish it with an orbital every 3-4 months to keep swirls out of it.

Thanks man. I agree with that, and man does it suck keeping it clean lol

    Exhaust Flowmaster 40s Too Quiet

If you want a chambered muffler louder than a 40 series, put the 10 series single chambers on.

Thanks guys! I don't keep the wipers in the car at all times. If it even looks like it may rain I don't bother driving it. I did stash them in the car once, going to a car show 2 hours away and there were sketchy clouds. Generally don't risk it though because I hate washing black haha

Haven't pulled it out of the garage yet due to rain but here's a bad garage picture of the car on it's own four tires.

Man I wish we could fit tires like that without mini tubbing or using factory height springs lol

Oh that's a bummer. Not sure what the cost is to narrow a wheel, but I'm guessing it's probably close to the cost of the wheel itself lol

Do you need a lower or higher offset? I think they make them in 18" for the s197 cars and I believe they'd in the +40 range.

I'm with you, I generally prefer deep dish as well. Figured that given the price of the wheels, I'd try something different.
