    I am not sure of the flow rating on the cobra pump, but the only substitute is the steeda dual fuel pump for the returnless system. I think they are very similar in price and fuel flow.

    The front hood line on the new cobra's are slightly different. The 03 bumper will fit, but the hood won't match up to it exactly. If you buy the cobra hood too, then you are good to go, or you can just spend some time adjusting on your hood to get it to look close as you can.

    I took both of mine off and it didn't affect the ride/noise at all, it just dropped it another 1/2". If I were you I'd take out both, you'll never look back, plus it's so easy to take the springs out of mustangs you can just put them back in if you don't like it. I have the eibach sportlines...

    I believe your buddy is full of it. Even If the police crown vics had superchips in them, the computer code of of the crown vic would have to match your mustang, which wouldn't happen.

    The 30lb'ers are more than suffecient with the steeda tune, since it is a proper adaptive program and not a chip. You only need the bigger injectors with the other kits because they do not have full control of the fuel system and require dumping in more fuel to keep it safe.
