    check with your local emissions shop or SMOG test center, also check to see if the headers are CARB approved, that basically means that it will not let out toxic fumes and is SMOG friendly thus making the headers LEGAL!

    try pulling out fuse by fuse to find the broken fuse, it will only take about 5 minutes to inspect each fuse, its easy to pull with some needle nose pliers or with the fuse puller that comes attatched to the fuse cover of your mustang (if it came with one), i had a similar problem with my...
