    Hey fellas, some Turbo questions.

Hey Oink, first off don't be trying to tell me how to race. You can have no clue about racing there buddy! I checked out your website and by the looks of your pics you cannot drive your car around! That is a show car! :hail2: I mean you shouldn't! that thing is too damned pretty...

    Hey fellas, some Turbo questions.

Well, I went by and talked to the guy about the turbo setup and think (only for the "bling bling" effect) I will be going twin turbo. He mentioned we would probably be using two Airworks turbos around 46-50mm. It's going to cost me abit more then I expected but I guess the stuff ain't free :( ...

    Hey fellas, some Turbo questions.

Thanks for the info thus far guys! And I have been checking out a few threads on that site. I am sold on the turbo, no worries there, just not sure what the downsides are and what to be leary(sp) of. I was told mild steel will crack after a little while and that was the reason for stainless. I...

    Hey fellas, some Turbo questions.

It's been a while since I have posted in this forum. You may remember I purchased a ProCharger kit awhile back but have yet to install it. Had some other business to take care of. Anyway, the short and skinny of it, is I can get my money back for the kit. The guy I got it from wants to set me...

Steeda Tri-Ax...What's wrong with this picture?

Hmm, I have actually heard of this happening before. A friend of mine called around to buy a shifter and several shops said dont get the Steeda tri-ax because they are known to break.

8" rim OK for some MT 26/10/15 ET Drags ?

If they're straight, I'd say you couldn't go wrong for 20 bucks. I'm not sure how much that brand weighs (polished chrome?), so if they are not a lightweight then those rims wouldn't have been my first choice but then again 20 bucks, they'll get 'er done.

8" rim OK for some MT 26/10/15 ET Drags ?

Yea, I've ran Weld 15x8 wheels with 26x10s on them without a problem without tubes. When you start running really low Tire pressure then you will need to start running tubes. The lower the tire pressure the more unstable your car will be. (Side to side that is) But you want to run as much tire...

new clutch cable = hard to push??

Cables are funny sometimes. As others have said make sure you have routed the cable properly. It helps sometimes to take the cable out and reinstall it as the cable may be in a bind even if it's in the the correct location. You may have also purchased a bad cable, rare but possible. Take the...

Should I bother removing front sway bar?

I always take them (the front only) off. If your car is lowered, then the lower your car is the less effect it will have. Pros of removal - Removes weight - Better weight transfer - That many less bushings to worry about Cons of removal - Your car will .. Sway.. more = less...
