    What WideBand???

to monitor both banks you'd need a dual wideband sensor kit like the FAST unit. it can display both banks at the same time or average them together.

Spent the day at the junkyard

I wish I knew where some good junkyards in SC were too. I live in Myrtle Beach now and drive back to Greenville NC to work on my car and go to the junkyard. I've just about picked the yard clean except for a couple V6 sn95's. There are a bunch of Taurus' and T-birds there though that haven't...

Spent the day at the junkyard

And this is what I came home with. It's an 8.8 out of a 95 GT and the front suspension from the same car. Now I have to install it and get an engine hoist to remove the 4 banger! Best of all is I got the front and rear including springs for $250.:D...

    94 rearend

I was walking through my local junkyard and found a 94 GT. It has the 8.8 rear with disc brakes. I was wondering exactly what parts I needed to get off the 94 to put this rear in my 86. Obviously the rearend but what about the e-brake cables. My 86 had the 7.5 in it with the drums so do I need...

    Mongoose Kit from MPH

car is an 01 with o/r x and steeda cat back 4.10's and PI 4000 stall converter. Automatics eat ALOT of hp. Do the math at the crank and I'm making over 410 at the crank. Keep in mind that it was 90* outside when my car was tuned. Most 5 spd cars with the mongoose kits make between 350-360...

    Mongoose Kit from MPH

I have a T-trim mongoose kit on my car with the MPH boost pipe. It's an automatic and I've pullied down to 12 lbs. of boost. I'm making 345/343 at the wheels. Yes it includes a stock bosch bov from vortech. The MPH boost pipe has a silver finish on it. It doesn't come polished.

    manual to auto swap

If I'd wanted a built 5 spd. I wouldn't be asking these questions. Price was not the issue in any decision I've made. Thanks for your help guys, I found out how to fix the problem thanks to help here, corral, and Tim at MPH.

    manual to auto swap

I am doing it becuase I tore my 3650 up and decided to go with an auto. The auto is built but I don't want to go with a man. valve body or transbrake right now. I will later but not right now. The car is a daily driver and I put about a 1,000 miles a week on the car. I am just looking for...

    manual to auto swap

I'm having an issue with the shifter in my 01 GT. As stated I'm converting my manual car to an auto. The auto transmission is bolted in but I'm having a problem with the shifter. The stock auto shifter I have is out of an 02 GT but it won't bolt to my transmission tunnel. Are automatic and 5spd...

    T-TRIM too big?

I'm not complaining. I'm 100% satisfied with everything I've recieved from you. The tune is one of the biggest reasons I decided to buy from you and drive the 8 1/2 hrs. to get it tuned. It's also the #1 reason why you'll be the only person to tune my car. As far as times go, the car is...

    T-TRIM too big?

The bigger blowers suffer at low boost more than smaller ones because of heat. The T-trim creates more heat than an S-trim at lower boost levels. It's not uncommon to see a stock car with an S-trim make more power than a T-trim at the same boost levels. Heat kills our cars. When those of us...

    T-TRIM too big?

Just to put the driveability issue to rest, THERE ARE NO DRIVEABILITY ISSUES. Car idles perfectly and runs perfectly. If anything I'd say the car runs better than it did before the blower and tune. Also, as MCMMOTORSPORTS stated, I went with the T-trim because I knew I would be building...
