    Why I enjoy Fox Stangs...

I remember back in highschool when I had my 1998 Dakota 5.9. When I would pull up to a foxbody 5.0 at a light, the exhaust tone of them things would intimidate the sh#t out of me. That's why I have one now.

    Whos running cutouts?

Where do you have them, before or after the cats? I know there is a company that sells the electronic flaps that bolt on where the plate goes.

    Don't sell your Fox

I agree the foxbodies especially the notchbacks that are in good shape are a car definately worth holding on to. It is getting harder to find one that hasn't been beaten to death and that is in good shape. The price on them is going up and up as the time goes by.

plans for my notch (im bored)

Wow, no offense, but I don't know how someone could ever do that to a mustang. It looks like you want a ricer. I would leave the mustang and just get a civic.

    Foxbody Tint Pics

I have had 20% on my truck since 1999 and I have never had a problem with the cops in my area. I was maybe thinking about 5% on the stang but I might just get 20% just to be safe.

    Foxbody Tint Pics

Today I finally removed my old school dark purple peeling tint off my red 93 notch. I am trying to decide on 20% or 5% all around. I know 5% can be a pain in the a$$ at night, but right now I am more concerned about the looks. I Show me some foxbodys and what percentage tint you have. Thanks

    Shift light w/ stock tach?

I currently have the factory tach and I need a shift light. I raced a 98 cobra last night on the street and I went past my redline in first gear and it kinda scared me. Do you guys know if the stock tach can be wired up to an autometer shift light, if yes how? Thanks

    What's this car worth?

I would have to say notchbacks are the most desireable body style for the Foxbody. They are light and they look sweet. Alot of people are always looking for Notchbacks for the V8 swap. A 4banger notch in decent shape would go for about $800- $1,000. One with a very nice body, paint, interior...

Best way to shift an AOD?

There are 3 switches in the center near the ash tray that were for the Nos when it was hooked up. I tracked 2 back that dont go anywhere and 1 I havent took the time to run it back that seems to go towards the engine. Also the gear in it is a 3.55.

    Which is quicker??

Don't forget about the bonestock Foxbody notchback LX V8 A little lighter than the Gt's and hatchbacks, which means quicker times.

Best way to shift an AOD?

The guy that I bought it from said it had a shift kit and a lentech VB. I have little knowledge about valve bodies. That might explain why it seems like I can run a quarter mile in only 1st and 2nd. Although OD shifts sloppy and hard if I am just crusing and not high in the Rpm's.

Best way to shift an AOD?

I am not familiar with the 1-D-1, because my previous mustang had a t5. How exactly do you shift doing the 1-D-1.
