    So Excited!!

Probably gonna start with a 90 shot. Plan on shooting a 150 at the track though. I have heard that with the stock heads and cam you don't see any gains any higher than a 150 so I will stop there.

Pony's and M/T ET Street Radials?

Yes those will fit on pony rims but in my opinion if you want a tire thats going to hook at the track don't buy those. Get some MT ET streets. They are DOT approved so can be driven on the road (i wouldnt drive them in the rain though) and go to the track and cut yourself some 1.6 and 1.7 60...

Can I charge the battery with it still in the car?

I think you would be perfectly fine to leave it hooked up. I have never had a problem. Just make sure if the charger does multiple volts that its on the 12V setting.

R302 or the Dart 302 block would be the way to go if you have the funds. If not if your only planning on making 450 you would be fine with the sportsman block. I have seen multiple guys making 600- 700 with a sportsman block and they were fine. I personally also had a sportsman block and just...

    EFI no start, continued..

Does the computer possibly have a chip installed on it? I had a code 15 bring thrown on my A9L and I couldn't figure out why. I finally pulled the ECU out of the kick panel and it had a damn hypertech chip on it. I removed the chip and no more code 15. If you dont have a chip check pin 1 on...

    for the Turbo guys

Also if you were going to go with an intercooler or 2 intercoolers. I did a JYTT install on my 91 I had and I did two smaller intercoolers, one for each turbo basically. They were intercoolers from 88 turbo coupe thunerbirds that I got off of ebay for $30 bucks a piece. They worked pretty...

E303 cam installed now no start!

I agree. I did a similar thing one time and cranked it and soaked the plugs in fuel and it would not let the car start. I however just removed the plugs for a few hours and let them dry out and then put them back in and it started right up. You could also go with new plugs though to be sure...

    Wierd Vibration

Could be a few things. Could be a miss in the motor. I had a burnt plug wire on my car that caused a similar shutter at lower rpm's. Could also be a clutch I suppose but I would think that it would happen in all gears if that was the case. If its specific to the gear then the only thing that...

    safe @ 6,500 rpm?

I agree. There is no reason to take that kit above 6000 rpm as it will fall off hard at that point. I ran the same kit and never shifted above 6k.

    What clutch ?????

I too ran a KC on a H/C/I street car that made a hair over 300 to the wheels. The KC took at least 50 5000 rpm clutch drops on ET streets at the track and never made a whimper. The pedal feel was awesome and I had no complaints with it. If your going to go with a blower one day though you...

    nitrous wiring schematic

I am going to do a window switch yes. At first I will only be spraying in 3rd gear since I already have traction issues in 1st and 2nd. But before I spray in 1st or 2nd I will get a window switch for sure.

2 questions - Clutch Size and Speedo cable connection

I ran the FMS King cobra clutch for over 2 years and they were a hard 2 years. Multiple 5000 rpm clutch drops on sticky tires and never had a problem from it. Never slipped and never chattered or anthing. Also had a decent pedal effort. Little stiffer than stock but not bad.

    Oil Pump Drive Shaft Pics

If you have a mechanical guage then yes turning the car over will build some oil pressure. I don't know if it will build enough for the stock guage to show it though. I doubt it. Or you could do like stated above and get a priming rod and turn the oil pump with a drill. This will also build...

    Oil Pump Drive Shaft Pics

Well before you go pulling the motor for sure just make sure its not the sending unit or the guage. It sounds like you have some other issues though. The best way to test the sender and guage would be to get a mechanical oil pressure guage and hook up to the port. See if this gives you...
