to bondo or not to bondo, that Is the question?

I took the "ford" emblem off the back of my fox. I put a piece of fiberglass webbing behind the holes, then used "bondo-glass" (its a bondo compound with fiber to make it stronger) i filled the holes, sanded it smooth, then puttied it. cant tell it was there.

Lost power kicks in at 3,500 RPM?

Does it do it when its warmed up? Not sure avout ford computers but a LOT of cars run a richer tuning untill fully warmed up. Meybe coolant temp sensor is out of whack/disconnected/bad. When it senses high RPM WOT it will go back to closed loop.. check that..

    Cervini's LX rear

Okay.. nevermind.. i looked more closely at the side mouldings.. way to much to get it to work. is there any other bumper on the market that is similar to this? that styling just reminds me of a newer mustang.. it flows well with the somewhat boxy styling already on the car. Any ideas?

    Cervini's LX rear

I honestly dont mind modification. However i just don't favor the cobra rear!! I love the cobra front. I like the GT sides.. and i like this rear. if you notice most cars have a higher rear. i seriously think im going to do this if i can find an LX out town and compare trim. I may jsut...

    Cervini's LX rear

Thanks.. I realized this after downloading thier online catalog this morning. It Still looks fairly low. I may call them and see how much it comes down.. I like the styling. However it looks as if i may just do a cobra kit and forget it as i need a back bumper cover and a pass. side...

    Cervini's LX rear

Okay.. I am in love with the Cervini's LX rear. My GT rear is busted all to crap. I want to replace it. What is the difference in the bumper covers? Mounting points? Alignment? Can I make it work? I am already doing quite a bit of body work Can I replace a few things and make it work or...

more pics of the new GTR concept!

Okay.. im not much for the wing.. it is more of a class-racing style wing, granted.. but it doesent flow with that car. go smaller, more "clean" and less "look at me" and it owuld be nice.. could still use a wing, but more of a glass wing or something that looks like it is supposed...

    Transmission Rebuild

Okay.. I have a 90GT with the T5. Second gear is shot and im going to have to put a ring gear on the flywheel while im down there. The question is who makes the best and most comprehensive rebuild kit? I have been looking at the D&D performance kit and the Hanlon Performance kits. How are...

    STREET/strip suspension setup

No.. the car is going to be a weekend/special occasion type car. I want the handling slightly more than I want the drag setup. I would like to run auto X and have a good stiff suspension that is nice for donuts.. However I don't wanna go to the track and have a 2.6 60'! I know its hard to...

    STREET/strip suspension setup

Okay.. my GT is going to be a street strip car. However, i would prefer good handling and stiff suspension. I know with a drag racing setup it transfers weight to the back, and with a road racing setup weight transfer is kept more minimal. What are some parts I can buy/upgrade that will help...

    question about backpressure and sidepipes...

real common misconception.. backpressure is BAD. exhaust velocity is GOOD. Exhaust is tuned on motor output. a car with a low cam, torquey manifolds, small tube headers, etc. are best suited with a smaller pipe. This lets the exhaust have good scavenging in those RPMS. thast why a stock...
