    3.55 Gears. Will it work?

    hello all, i don't really know much and i was wondering if you could put some 3.55 gears off of an 89 mustang gt onto a 66 mustang with a 4 speed. the reason i ask is because i found some cheap from a neighbor and i wouldn't mind upgrading. thanks to any and all replies in advance. :nice:

    thanks guys, im probably gonna buy them for now until i figure out what to do for the exhaust. i wanna put flows w/ h-pipe but those are overplayed, but they just sound so nice. nice lookin stang mrbobmarley, sounds nice too. helped alot :banana: i like that setup you're running mustangmatt :D

    Supercharger???

    Like Fox5.0 said, with supercharging comes piston ring end gaps. Piston rings expand faster and close the ring end gap with supercharging because of the massive amounts of heat.
