    Effects of running NO O2 sensors?

    My mass-air car ran fine without the o2's. It got bad gas mileage, but ran fine. In fact, I just had the exhaust redone a few weeks ago and put the o2's back in and now I've got a damn surging idle.

    I don't get white smoke, so this might not be it... but, I have longtubes and a couple times now the starter wire has burned through and grounds out on the headers... instant no start. One of these times I should redo that wire rather than keep wrapping it in fiberglass cloth :)

    For the fuse, get a fusible link. It just solders inline with the main power wire. Do you have Greggs Distributors in Vancouver? We have them here in Alberta and I got a 60 amp Hella relay from them, works good.

    Yes, but the stud is still inside the wheel they're so darn thick. It won't pass tech.

    Get the three inch studs for the track. You'll also need a 39/64ths drill bit to drill out the rotors for the .615 knurl.

    You can probably find one at an auto store, but it would be big. The thermocouple would be completely inside the fittings and not in the coolant. Being an aluminum intake, you can drill and tap it no problem.

    What's junk about the heads? I'm pretty sure the heads are made by Brodix so I don't see the head itself being an issue... maybe it's the hardware?

    That's probably a good idea. Things like MAF, EGR, TB, IAC, SN95, EECIV, 1.7RR, SFC, LCA, UCA, 90/10, 70/30, CAI... lots of stuff we use I guess that a newbie wouldn't know.
