What brand / type of Shocks ???

I like the Bilsteins but do they make shocks for the front? Second place would be Koni, next Edelbrocks, Qa1's, with the rest of the more common aftermarket shocks being distantly last.

1970 Boss, Help me choose my wheels!

Good eye, I have an appointment with a body shop. The previous one did shoddy work to the passenger side but I decided to mock everything up before going back to get it done. The frame rail, TQ box and shock tower are misaligned.

What are the widest tires I can fit on a 71-73 Fastback?

I am trying to fit a 255/40/18 on the front on 18x9 wheels and 295/35/18 on the rear with a 18x10 wheel. Does anybody know if they can fit well on a lowered car? I especially would like info on the front tires. Thanks.

1970 Boss, Help me choose my wheels!

Wheels finally purchased and installed Well, here it is! 17 " Team III wheel Mini lites. Finally purchased them and got them mounted. I like the way they turned out, 17x8 front and 17x9.5 rear all four on Nitto NT01's. I also installed the Fayes watts link.

    Power windows 71-73

http://www.electric-life.com/main.asp Although I did not see a direct application for 71-73, they must have something for you or at the very least the parts to make it work.

    Check Out This 71

IMO the tires/wheels are not too big, the car just needs to be lowered so that they tuck in nicely.

Anybody else itching to put in a T56?

You need to get to drive both types in an early muscle car and then you will know why. TKO's are nice, but a T56 is heaven at the strip or street.

Anybody else itching to put in a T56?

I also found this from Dark Horse Performance, it's a complete kit. I tried to call but they were already closed. http://www.darkhorseperformance.com/acatalog/1971_1973_MUSTANG_SWAPS.html They also have kits for 67-70 Mustangs, look at the bottom of the page after the TKO swaps...

Anybody else itching to put in a T56?

In reading/researching, I found this. Looks like it is possible in a 71-73 Mustang (perfect for me). Although I need a login subscription to view pages 2-3, the first page is free to view. I found it very interesting to say the least. I am starting to bite: line, hook, and sinker...

So who else makes brackets for the Cobra brake conversion?

I am aware of Mustang Steve and Ultrastang (both great guys BTW). I was just wanting to look/compare options and the materials from different sources. Who else is there? I need brackets for both the front and rear (both Cobra calipers).

Anyone have this TCP rear end suspension?

I have one on my 70 Mustang. I put it on after I took of the GW leafs and watts system which was a good system to begin with. I like it better than what it had before and it articulates the road better than before. Not a major improvement but definitely noticeable. My version is the older...
