    The stock cam is a good cam by all that I have read. I'm looking at a car craft article right now where they built a 400fwhp 302 with afr heads w/ 1.7 rockers and a stock cam.

    There's nothing rice about that car. Its a 1.8t I believe. I've driven a stocker and they handle well and are pretty peppy and boy do they take to mods. Perhaps if it had a wing a fart can and some stickers. But this is a tastefully done car that can backup its image. There for it ain't rice.
