    Right now I have FMS progressive rate lower springs on my pony. I want to bring her back up to stock hieght so I can stuff some bigger meats in the wheel wells. I dont want to get away from progressive springs if possible...I like the ride and the cornering. Can anyone make a spring suggestion?

    Oh and it seems like I'm always under the torquing the bolts at the header to h-pipe flanges...never had a problem with the shorties vibrating lose.

    I just disagree that its not worth it on a mostly stock motor. Its just because I rather have it stay cleaner and have to do it less often. Plus if a mod will make your car run cleaner I feel its always worth it...every lil bit less polition helps. The same reason why I'm dead set against off...

    I'm asuming you are talking about the 87-93 dash. If you are contact Myke86GT...he has it in his 86. I personally prefer the more open feeling of 79-86 interior...but to each his own.

    Yeah anything bigger than 3" is just plain tacky with an LX or Pre '87 GT bumper....have to admit it does look sweet on the Cobra though

    speedo cable, re oil or replace?

    Just go buy a complete new cable...its not worth the hassle of playing with it when its only $20 for a new inner and outer cable. edit: I've burnt thru one before...just be sure to use a metal tie to hold it back. A zip tie will rot after a yr or 2 and you'll be doing it again.

    That flex fan doesnt draw nearly as much air as a stock fan. So if the engine does for some mechanical reaso run hotter than a stock or .030 bore engine its not helping. Try switching back to your stock fan. If that doesnt help I would have the cooling system flushed out...you may have a clog...

    If you have a mostly stock engine accept for simple bolt-ons you wont see the bennefit of LT's. The only way you will see big gains if you get the fuel curve remaped or you have a power adder. A mostly stock N/A car simple isnt flowing that much air unless its properly tuned. Otherwise there...
