    Project 81 HACK JOB...gets a back seat!!!

That's a great price. I figured it might have just been dusty from kicking around the shop. Absolutely wonderful work though, I wish I had an upholstery shop of that caliber locally. GL with your paint!

Dashswap pitfalls and worries and advice please

I swapped in a '92 interior into my '89 Hatch and there are a few things to be aware of. The seatbelt height is different and I needed to drill some new holes higher up(or was it lower) to mount the seatbelt on the inside B pillar. The other issue I ran into is where my fuse panel was there...

Thinking about buying a new coupe

I'd check out what it looks like from the bottom up. Coupes are getting hard to find and SSPs have always been a desirable car. The interior looks clean though as you mentioned isn't the color you were hoping for. I've done an interior swap and it's time consuming but certainly not difficult...

    Where to get hatch cover?

I have a blue one in the basement i'm going to experiment with that procedure shown as the tension is a little off. Been searching for a black one for awhile... I hope they eventually have a repro.

    Front Disc Brake Dust Shields

I'll price out a set at another dealer, thanks for the tip. Did you guys rivet them back in or use a sheetmetal screw or something else? My main gripe is the rivets holding them on which was the only reason I considered not replacing them.

    Front Disc Brake Dust Shields

Are you getting alot of break dust on your suspension pieces? Being that the shield doesn't seem to protect the inside edge of the bearing as on the fox pieces my only concern is errant brake dust coating the insides of the fenderwell and suspension. I'm on the fence about putting them back on...

    Respect

I had a rusted out mid 80s pathfinder try and race me once... but mostly it's ricers who are out looking for something to prove. The fox gets alot of negative attention from certain groups(ricers, retards, etc.) but also gets alot of positive attention from others like hobbyists.

    Front Disc Brake Dust Shields

As the weather permits i've started stripping down the '95 GT spindles I bought this winter for my brother's '83 Mustang 5-lug conversion. Unfortunately the "dust shields" were heavily damaged beyond repair and I can now see they are riveted unlike the Fox units. Are you guys replacing them or...
