    Weld-in O2 Bung, Price?

sounds very fair. By the time they put the car on the lift and weld it in, it's going to take 20 minutes or so.

Are you running a Paxton supplied tune? Maybe you shouldn't...

Not sure. The guy who brought the car down is not the owner. He's the guy who did the install. My guess is the owner will be happy the way it is. The MAF was stock. 38lb injectors and focus pump. Ken

Are you running a Paxton supplied tune? Maybe you shouldn't...

Of course:) Well that car could see alot more but the guy wanted it extremely safe so I left it there. With a different pulley and a good MAF that kit should see 400rwhp or so. I'd personally skip the 1000 and get the 2000 to leave room to grow. Ken

Are you running a Paxton supplied tune? Maybe you shouldn't...

We had a customer come in today with a mint Bullitt that was stock except for a Paxton 1000 kit. It had the Paxton supplied tune and he wanted to make sure it was safe. The tune was so horrible the car made hardly anymore horsepower than stock. A/F at 5,000 RPM was 9.5! And the timing was so...

    VIDEO 11.33@119 2VNA

Definitely. The best part is it doesn't cost anything extra if you have an SCT tune. It only works for 99+ cars though. Definitely wouldn't want to put a blower on it since the compression is so high, but it would love the giggle gas. Maybe at some point but I want to get as much out of it...

    VIDEO 11.33@119 2VNA

You could call it that. It's a 2 step rev limiter. In that video I believe it's at 6,000 RPM. Once the car starts moving the limiter moves to 8,000 RPM. It's so you can consistently launch at whatever RPM you choose. I'm currently launching at 6,400 RPM now.

    New Computer Chip

That's the answer. You plug it into your IAT. It cause the EEC to think the outside air is cooler so it adds more timing. don't buy it, it defeats the purpose of the IAT which is very important.

    VIDEO 11.33@119 2VNA

As promised, here's a video of my best run. I know I misspelled at least one word in the video. Didn't have time to fix it. And I know my 1-2 shift sucked :notnice: It was the first pass of the day. It just happened to be my best ET. Enjoy http://videos.modulardepot.com/run.mp4

11.38@119 Project 2VNA-10 first time out..

Glad you're digging the tune! Here is my old best and my new best side by side. Even though the 60' was off by .036 I picked up by the 330. Thanks to the gears I figure I was close to 50lbs. heavier. DA was almost exactly the same (2700') 60'...................1.512........1.540 330'...

11.38@119 Project 2VNA-10 first time out..

Made it back to the track tonight Previous best was an [email protected] with a 1.51 60' Changes since last time: Modified fuel bucket so it wouldn't suck dry. Need to run more fuel in the tank, so I added about 40lbs. Changed 4.30 gears to 4.56's On the first run tonight the car...

    CAM INSTALL QUESTION

No, that's not going to work. The cam anderson cam tool also holds the chains in such a way that the tensioner won't cause a problem. Just take the front cover off, it's not that bad.

    VT Cams installed... my opinions

It sounds like you have the cams installed one tooth off. I would recheck the timing chains. With that grind you car should idle pretty good and there should be no loss of power in the low RPMs. Something is wrong. Ken

11.38@119 Project 2VNA-10 first time out..

For details on the project, check out http://forums.stangnet.com/showthread.php?t=473646 Decided to head to the track today to try out the new combo. Right before leaving, I was hooking up the line lock but couldn't get it to work. Normally I just use the heel toe method, but that's not...

    Preliminary Number from Project 2VNA-10

Here are some pics and a short video taken with my digital camera. The main visual difference is the shorter A arms to pull the wheels in. Idles at about 1,100-1,200 with the new cams :) http://www.modulardepot.com/newcombo/2.avi

    Preliminary Number from Project 2VNA-10

Probably not. The numbers are a bit better than expected, so I have other plans for it now. I did get it up in the 320's but never ran at the track like that. Ken

    Preliminary Number from Project 2VNA-10

Did a little more tuning today. Got it up to 368 rwhp / 359 rwtq while gaining about 10 rwhp/10rwtq from 5,000-6,000 RPM

    Preliminary Number from Project 2VNA-10

Hard to say because it used alot of recycled parts from other projects. Plus, I don't like to keep track of that stuff because it can get depressing.:)
