longest post ever No way im gonna be able to fit a turbo'd 351 between the 65 shock towers. Its hard to include the cost of the Mustang II into the swap because it would cost about the same to add a nice brake and suspension setup, plus i already need to do something about my super loose...

I knew this was going to happen, the moment i mention chevy everybody loses all interest in looking at the real facts. my original goal of this thread was in no way to start a pissing match as to whats better Chevy or Ford, but is it so unthinkable that a chevy in this situation could better...

    5.3l lsx in 65 stang

ok so what i was asking was more aimed at whether it'd fit between the shock towers or if i'd have to do a m2 type setup. also what would be the best way to mount the motor? reasons to do the swap - easy and cheaper 6 spd - easy FI - 300 bhp - stock motor with boost can easily make 550+...

well ya see my worries are i am trying to finish gathering parts for my 9 inch and dont know whether or not the rearend is going to have to be narrowed to fit these wheels. thats why i am trying to figure this all out. as for the way the car looks im not to worried being that once the rearend is...

so my car has factory power steering and i hate it. not only does it leak but its all sloppy. i have replaced most of the bushings and i still hate it. what kind of options do i have as far as either tightening up the power setup or converting it to manual. also this car is street driven but i...
