    I would score the 88. I'm sure you are interested in that sexy front end from 87+. Unless the conversion is already done it's going to be alot of work and money to try and make it look like an 87+. You'll have to change the rear quarter windows(Ugly Louvers), front end, ugly dash etc...

    At least if you run the KOER it will tell you if 1 bank is lean or both. If both you know you have a problem not related to just one side. The EEC-IV will tell you straight up Lean or Rich. Here's 3 easy codes to help... 136 - HEGO sensor circuit indicates system lean (left side) 137...

    Hey Benny, I'm pretty new to the forum too. But Not to 5.0's ;) In regards to which 5.0 was the best. I would say depends on where you live and what you want to do with it. If your looking for insane power and larger displacement motors I would put my money on a 87' to avoid emissions etc...
